Cuentan con baño propio; la habitación cuenta con: colchones ya sean 2 individuales o como king size, televisión por cable, ventilador, blancos, los cuartos son tipo departamentos, incluye todos los servicios (agua, luz, gas, cable, internet inalámbrico 5mb, etc.), las áreas comunes cuentan con: Terraza( cuenta con mesa de billar, mesa de ping pong, y mesa de poker, estereo para su entretenimiento.
Las areas comunes tienen; Sala, ante comedor, cocina equipada con refrigerador, estufa, microondas, licuadora, etc. y todos los utensilios necesarios, también contamos con lavadora, y servicio de limpieza de el cuarto una vez a la semana o cada quince dias.
La ubicación de la casa es a seis cuadras de la UNIVA aproximadamente, por av. Clouthier y Beethoven, muy cerca de Plaza Galerías, la Gran Plaza, Plaza del Sol, Ciudadela, si quieres márcame y te doy la dirección exacta, y que puedas hacer cita para ver el cuarto . Y también estamos cerca de otras universidades como UVM Av. Vallarta, UAG en av. patria, Tec de monterrey, etc. es una zona céntrica a los lugares mas interesantes en cuanto a estudios y ocio.
